Michael A. Comito Purchases Ownership with Dennis L. Marshall in Marshall Building Enterprises, Inc.

Denver, Colorado - March 25, 2005 – Michael Comito now partners with Dennis Marshall as Owners of Marshall Building Enterprises, Inc.

The joint ownership of MBE began November 1, 2004. Michael is planning to complete the total purchase of Marshall Building Enterprises, Inc. over the next three years.

Michael was appointed Vice President of the Company in August, 2000. He has an Associate degree in Architectural Technology and has been an integral part of Marshall Building Enterprises, Inc. for the last eleven years. He plans to continue operating the Company with the highest quality standards, service and integrity currently provided to all MBE clients.

Mike is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. He is a devoted family man and avid sportsman and has won many awards for his outstanding marksmanship. In addition he coaches Little League football, basketball and baseball, allowing him to spend special time with his wife, Lisa, and their two sons.

Michael envisions continuing Marshall Building Enterprises, Inc. in the manner it was established and earned its reputation as one of Denver’s best Custom Home Builders – “A Tradition of Solid Value”. He looks forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
